Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pear(s)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 150 g quark
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp lemon(s) (zest)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fast and tasty

Preheat oven to 200°C. Dice the pears. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Cover the bottom of the dish with the pears. Separate the eggs. Using a hand mixer, combine the quark, egg yolks, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest until smooth. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix one-third of the egg whites with the quark mixture. Fold in the remaining egg whites. Spread the mixture over the pears. Bake the soufflé in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
