Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g broccoli
- 250 g salmon, frozen
- 200 ml cream
- 2 eggs
- 120 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- dill

Thaw the salmon. Cut into approximately 3 cm long strips. Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch for 5-10 minutes. Drain the broccoli well and place in a baking dish. Add the salmon to the broccoli in the baking dish. Heat the cream and melt approximately 40 g of grated cheese. Add the eggs, mix well, and season with salt, pepper, and dill. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and salmon. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Place in the oven at 200 °C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 30 minutes.
