Zucchini à la Tuna

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 6 tbsp, heaped low-fat curd cheese
  • 5 tbsp, heaped cheese, grated
  • herbs, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Low-carb

Halve the zucchini lengthwise and scoop out the insides. Then chop the tuna and mix it with the quark and any herbs you like. Lightly fry the zucchini on both sides in a pan. Then place in a baking dish and fill with the tuna mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and season again if desired. Bake for approximately 15 minutes on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F).
