Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 4 stalks of coriander
  • 2 avocados
  • ½ lime(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the tomatoes. Combine Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, and 4 tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt and a pinch of sugar. Roughly chop the cilantro and mix in. Add the diced tomatoes to the sauce. Halve the avocados lengthwise, peel them, and remove the stones. Drizzle the avocado halves with lime juice and 1 tablespoon of oil, season with salt and pepper. Grill cut-side down in a griddle pan for 4-5 minutes, turn over, and serve with the diced tomatoes.
