Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 avocados
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- Pinch(s) of sugar

Finely dice the tomatoes, peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Make a vinaigrette with lime juice, olive oil, salt, freshly ground pepper, and sugar. Mix well with the diced avocados and season to taste. Halve the avocados, remove the pit, and brush the cut surface with olive oil. Place them cut-side down on the grill for 3-4 minutes, then fill with the tomato salsa.
