Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 avocado(s)
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- 3 tomatoes, aromatic
- 1 orange(s)
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with tomatoes, spring onions, lamb’s lettuce and orange
Peel the avocado, then dice finely. Slice the spring onion into thin rings. Dice the tomatoes. Toss with balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Let stand for about 15 minutes. Segment and finely chop the orange. Fold in just before serving. Garnish with orange slices. Tastes delicious with freshly baked bread. With a little Crémant, it makes a fantastic starter.
