Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 175 g butter
  • 750 g cream cheese
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • 1 pack of pudding powder
  • possibly powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Knead together flour, 75g sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 egg, and 100g butter and knead into a smooth dough. Then cover and chill for about half an hour. Separate 2 eggs, beat together 75g butter, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, and 75g sugar until creamy. Gradually stir in 2 egg yolks and 2 whole eggs. Stir in the cream cheese, lemon juice, and pudding powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Roll out the dough and place in the springform pan. Press the dough up the edges by about 4-5cm. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Pour the quark mixture into the pan and bake the cake for about one hour. Then let it rest in the switched-off oven for about 10 minutes, remove and let cool. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
