Pork steaks with zucchini

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 small zucchini
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Sea salt and pepper from the mill
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 steak(s), minute steaks of pork 120 g each

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean, wash, and thinly slice the zucchini. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the zucchini slices for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat, add the broth, and simmer briefly with the zucchini covered until just tender. Finally, stir in the sour cream. Wash the minute steaks and pat dry with a paper towel. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a second pan and fry the steaks for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Then season with salt and pepper. Arrange the zucchini and steaks on plates and garnish with chives, if desired. Mashed potatoes go best with this. Per serving: Calories: 216, Protein: 28 g, Fat: 10 g, Carbohydrates: 2 g.
