Low Fat 30

If you have a pan for fat-free frying, you should definitely use it and use the oil to brush the meat beforehand. Sprinkle the meat with thyme, let it soak in a little, and then fry in the hot oil for about 10 minutes until cooked through. Season with salt and a little cayenne pepper. Meanwhile, cut off the tomato tops, hollow out the tomatoes, and place them upside down on a wire rack to drain. Finely chop the garlic, grate the cucumber with the skin on, mix both with the yogurt, season with salt and cayenne pepper, and stuff the tomatoes into the mixture. Serve with toasted toast.
