Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g spelt or whole wheat flour, ground
- 350 g water
- 1 bag(s) of yeast, dry yeast for 500 g flour
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sea salt
- possibly flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Put all the ingredients, as they are, whether hot or cold, into the food processor, connect the dough hook, and it’s ready after 10-15 minutes. The original recipe called for 60g of melted butter, but it slowed the dough down, so I left it out and it doubled in volume.
