Carrot / cucumber pot

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • Fondor
  • 1 liter of water
  • some fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the carrots and slice them into moderately thick slices. Form the minced meat into small, approximately 1 cm thick balls. Heat the frying fat in a saucepan. First add the carrot slices, then place the meatballs on top. Season everything well with Fondor, add water, and simmer until well simmered. Peel and slice the cucumber. About 15 minutes before serving, add the cucumber to the minced meat and carrot mixture and season again with a little more Fondor. Stir everything gently before serving. Serve with rice.
