Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ lemon(s)
  • Erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • 2 cl syrup (lemon-lime syrup), sugar-free
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • 4 cl tequila
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Twist the rim of a margarita glass or tumbler glass in a lemon wedge and gently drop it into a bowl filled with erythritol. Combine the lemon-lime syrup, lemon juice, tequila, and a tablespoon of erythritol in a blender with ice cubes and blend well. Then carefully pour into the prepared glass, and you have the perfect low-carb margarita.
