Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels, plain
- 1 onion(s)
- 50 g black olives
- 5 tomatoes, dried
- 1 handful of basil
- 1 tsp spice paste (wild garlic spice paste) or 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Lightly season the schnitzels with salt and pepper and place them in a greased baking dish. Finely chop the onion, olives, tomatoes, and basil, and mix with the wild garlic or garlic and sour cream. Season generously with pepper and add more salt if desired. Spread the mixture on the schnitzels, pour over the cream, and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. We served it with a mixed salad and new potatoes, fried in their skins. Since this recipe was created using leftovers, the quantities are approximate.
