Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g basmati
- 750 g vegetables, frozen Asian mix
- 1 can of fruits, tropical mix, pineapple, mango, etc.
- Spice mix (Chinese spice)
- curry powder
- chili powder
- Salt
- Oil (sunflower)

Quick dish from the wok
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Stir in the rice, season with salt, and cook for 10 minutes at level 4-5. Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a wok over high heat and add the vegetables. Sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes at level 7, stirring frequently. Cover for a faster cooking time. Drain the rice and stir in. Heat for another 4 minutes at level 7-8, adding the fruit 2 minutes before the end. Season generously with the spices mentioned above.
