Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g vegetables, frozen Chinese vegetables
- 1 ½ cup(s) rice
- 2 onions
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 2 carrots
- Salt
- pepper
- Soy sauce
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the peppers and onions and thinly slice the carrots. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet, add the vegetables, and sauté. Then stir in the rice and sauté. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. A variation for meat lovers: Sauté 400g of turkey/chicken strips with two sliced onions, season with salt and pepper, and add to the rice pan.
