Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 small pumpkins (sweet dumpling, mandarin, patty pan)
- 250 g mozzarella, diced
- 150 g shrimps, alternatively cooked ham, diced
- 100 g crème fraîche
- pepper
- Salt
- dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut off the tops of the pumpkins. Remove the seeds and fibers. Scoop out the flesh and chop it up. Mix it in a bowl with the mozzarella, shrimp, crème fraîche, and seasonings. Fill the mixture into the hollowed-out pumpkins and place them in a baking dish. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes. Serve with fresh white bread and a dry Pinot Gris.
