Sauerkraut pizza

Lightly roast the ham cubes in a pan, add the onions, and let them become translucent. Add the sauerkraut and sauté with salt, caraway seeds, bay leaves, and juniper berries for about 30 minutes. Add the sour cream and let the mixture cool slightly. Knead the flour, yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 pinch of sugar, milk, and butter (margarine) into a simple yeast dough and let it rise. Place baking paper on a baking sheet, roll out the dough, and cover with the sauerkraut. Bake the mixture for about 25 minutes at 180°C. It also tastes great served cold. Drink: semi-dry white wine.
