Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 4 kg boneless smoked pork
- 3 jars of peas and carrots
- 1 can of corn
- 6 cups of cream
- 450 g cream cheese spread
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with vegetables
Cook the smoked pork in a roasting bag in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes. Then let it cool. Slice the meat, arrange it in a casserole dish or roasting pan, and pour the cooking juices over it. Arrange the drained vegetables on top of the meat. Heat the cream, melt the cheese in it, and pour it over the vegetables. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
