Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g meat (gyros meat), pickled
- 1 cup of cream
- 300 ml milk
- 140 g tomato paste
- 200 g cheese, grated
- Salt

A must for sauce freaks
Combine cream, milk, and tomato paste, season with salt, and bring to a boil. Brown the gyro meat well in a pan, transfer to a casserole dish, pour over the sauce, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. This dish goes well with white bread, tzatziki, onion rings, rice, or coleslaw.
