Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g shrimp(s) (frozen)
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- 400g spaghetti
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Rinse the prawns briefly under lukewarm water, let them thaw, and pat them dry with a cloth. Crush the garlic. Quarter the tomatoes. Wash the basil and parsley, shake them dry, and chop them finely. Cook the pasta in salted water. Heat olive oil in a large pan and fry the prawns. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and tomatoes and simmer briefly. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the juice, then add both. Drain the pasta, add it to the pan, and mix it with the prawns. Season again with salt and pepper. Tip: Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta.
