Italian pasta with crab sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 10 tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes)
  • 100 g crab
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese (16% fat)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the spaghetti until al dente, then fry the crushed garlic clove in vegetable oil. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the garlic along with the prawns. Stir in 4 tablespoons of cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Serve the spaghetti sprinkled with fresh basil. 8 points per person.
