Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mix, frozen)

makes about 30 – 40 croissants

Knead the flour, butter, quark, egg, egg yolk, and spices into a dough. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. For the filling, finely chop the ham and mix with the sour cream and herbs. Roll out the dough and cut into triangles. Spread some of the filling on each triangle and roll them into croissants. Bake for about 15 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. This makes about 30-40 croissants.
