Arugula and banana smoothie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g arugula
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 dates, dried
  • 200 ml water
  • possibly Stevia or sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious ‘green smoothie’

Wash the arugula and add it to a blender. Quarter the dates, if desired, and add them to the blender. Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces, then add them to the blender. Pour the water over everything and blend well. The dates add a little sweetness to the smoothie. Alternatively, you can use stevia or a sweetener.
