- 30 g oat flakes
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp sweetener
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 150 ml water

Combine the oats, water, sweetener, and cinnamon in a microwave-safe dish. Cut the apple into small pieces and mix in. Then microwave the mixture for about 2 minutes at 600 watts. Enjoy warm.
