Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 150 g sausage (turkey ham)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 large cucumber(s) , (pickle)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 small bunch of chives

In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Halve the onion and tomatoes and slice them thinly. Cut the turkey ham and cucumber into strips. Mix these ingredients into the dressed cottage cheese. Finally, finely slice the chives and mix them in. (SIS) Suitable for slimming while you sleep. This dish contains approximately 60g of protein!
