light salad, perfect as a side dish for barbecue

Cut the peppers, tomatoes, cheese, and ham sausage into small cubes of about 0.5 cm², and dice the onion very finely. Mix everything together. Mix the remaining ingredients into a dressing (it works best in a shaker) and pour over the salad. Let it sit for about 1 hour. This salad goes perfectly with grilled food or simply as a side dish for dinner. My men at home can’t get enough of it. You can vary the amount of mustard to taste.
