- 200 g leaf spinach, frozen
- 1 egg(s)
- Fat, for frying
- 3 slices of turkey breast
- e.g. mustard, or chili sauce, or horseradish

Cook the leaf spinach in the microwave according to the package instructions and season. Fry the fried egg in a pan with a little fat and season with salt. Then briefly add the turkey breast slices to the pan and let them brown on both sides (takes about 2 minutes). Remove from the pan. They can then be brushed with mustard, chili sauce, or horseradish and rolled up and served on a plate with the egg and spinach. Chicken breast can also be used instead of turkey breast.
