Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 wraps
- 2 avocados
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 mango(s)
- 4 tomatoes
- 350 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 6 slices of cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
delicious summery with chicken breast fillet
Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips and fry. Hollow out the avocados and season the contents with a few squeezes of lemon juice and salt. Then wash the lettuce and peel the leaves (if using iceberg lettuce). Slice the mango and tomato. Spread the avocado cream on the wraps, divide all the ingredients between the wraps, roll them up, and enjoy.
