Strawberry jam with white chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 100 g chocolate, white
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash and puree the strawberries, roughly chop the chocolate. Bring the strawberries and gelling sugar to a boil in a large saucepan, stirring. Boil gently over high heat for at least 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the chocolate shortly before the end of the cooking time. While still hot, pour into jars and seal tightly.
