Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g oat flakes
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 piece(s) butter
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 4 tsp instant chicken broth
  • 2 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Lightly toast the oats. Add the water and stir in all the other ingredients. Let it cook for 20-30 minutes, then serve. Serve with bread, rolls, or baguette.
