Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese (with herbs)
- ½ liter chicken broth
- 400 g creamed spinach
- salt and pepper
- 200 g cream, sweet
- pepper
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dissolve the cream cheese in the chicken broth. Thaw the creamed spinach in the broth and season the soup generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Finally, stir in the cream and do not let it boil again.
