Curry rice with lentils in the Instant Pot

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of brown rice, e.g. B. Basmati, short grain or wild rice
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 3 tbsp lentils, red
  • some vegetable broth
  • some curry powder
  • some paprika powder
  • some cayenne pepper
  • some garlic powder
  • some pepper
  • some soy sauce (shoyu)

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 22 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

vegan, high-carb, low-fat

Combine the rice and lentils with the seasonings in the Instant Pot and cook for 22 minutes on the “Manual” program. Use the soy sauce to season the dish.
