Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup of brown rice, e.g. B. Basmati, short grain or wild rice

- 3 tbsp lentils, red
- some vegetable broth
- some curry powder
- some paprika powder
- some cayenne pepper
- some garlic powder
- some pepper
- some soy sauce (shoyu)

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 22 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

Combine the rice and lentils with the seasonings in the Instant Pot and cook for 22 minutes on the “Manual” program. Use the soy sauce to season the dish.
