Green asparagus salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of green asparagus
  • 10 strawberries
  • 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Pepper berries, pink, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the green asparagus into 1 cm long pieces, halve or quarter the strawberries, add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and let it sit for a while. It’s an ideal spring appetizer. Pink peppercorn and raspberry vinegar are available at any well-stocked supermarket.
