Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,000 g white cabbage
- 2 thick onions
- 1 tsp oil
- 125 ml water
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet and hot
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut or shred the cabbage into strips, wash, and drain. Heat oil in a pan, add diced onions, and sauté until golden brown. Then add water and cabbage and sauté until tender. Season with tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika, and sugar. Serve the cabbage hot or cold. Also suitable for diets.
