Grilled plaice with broccoli and carrots

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 g fish (plaice), ready to cook, approx. 250 g
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 2 carrots
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • 1 slice(s) ham
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preparation in a closed grill

Season the plaice with lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Trim the carrots. Perhaps leave a little of the green part on top. This looks very decorative. Season the vegetables with oil, salt, and pepper. First, place the slice of ham on the grill rack. Then place the plaice on top. This ensures it doesn’t stick to the grill. Grill for 5-7 minutes at 150°C in a covered grill. Add the vegetables and grill for another 10-13 minutes. Score the top of the plaice and squeeze in a little lemon juice. When the meat is no longer translucent, the plaice is ready. If you don’t have a covered grill, use a second slice of ham when turning the plaice.
