Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 spring onions
  • 100 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 100 g bacon, streaky smoked
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the bell peppers and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Dice the spring onions. Clean the mushrooms, drizzle with lemon juice, and halve or quarter them depending on their size. Cut the bacon into pieces and thread it onto skewers, alternating with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, brush with olive oil, and place on the grill.
