Lamb's lettuce with pear and Sharon fruit

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 Sharon fruit
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar Bianco
  • salt and pepper
  • some agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, roasted, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim, wash, and spin dry the lamb’s lettuce. Peel the pear and Sharon. Cut the cored pear into thin wedges, slice the Sharon into slices, and halve them. Drizzle the pear slices with a tablespoon of orange juice. For the dressing, combine the remaining orange juice with the vinegar, salt, pepper, and agave syrup, then whisk in the walnut oil. Arrange the fruit on two serving plates, top with the lamb’s lettuce, drizzle with the dressing, and serve sprinkled with walnuts and pomegranate seeds.
