- some sugar or honey

Instructions

Wash the vegetables and dice them. For the dressing, squeeze the lemon and squeeze the juice into a bowl. Add the sugar/honey, oil, and pepper, mix, and season to taste. Add the vegetables to the bowl and mix well.
