Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 cucumber(s), decoratively peeled
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • herb(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Remove the stalk from the iceberg lettuce, halve, quarter, and cut into thin strips. Wash and spin the lettuce. Wash and trim the bell peppers, and cut into nice-sized pieces. Peel the cucumber decoratively (wash first). I peel it offset so that green stripes are still visible, and cut into thin slices. Clean, wash, and slice the radishes. Mix the salad ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, add the sour cream and mix. Press in the garlic cloves. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the sour cream. Mix well and season with salt, pepper, and herbs (I use garden herbs). Just before serving, add the dressing to the salad ingredients and mix until everything is coated. We serve it with walnut ciabatta.
