Salad with mango and cashew nuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 Lollo Rosso
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 100 g cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 125 g yogurt
  • ½ tsp orange blossom water
  • 1 lemon(s), squeezed
  • 1 orange(s), squeezed
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the yogurt with the juices, spices, and oil. Cut the mango into small pieces and mix with the washed and shredded Lollo Rosso, the dressing, and half of the cashews. Sprinkle the salad with the remaining cashews and sesame seeds and serve.
