Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Then cut them into small pieces and cook them in the vegetable broth until soft. Drain well, transfer them to a suitable bowl, and drizzle with the coconut oil. Blend until mousse-like and season with salt and pepper. Tip: Other spices (chili, nutmeg, ginger, curry, etc.) can be added to taste. This is the basic recipe, but it can certainly be varied in many ways.
