Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp oil (nut oil, e.g. walnut oil)
- 2 tbsp vinegar (raspberry vinegar or balsamic)
- 1 tsp mustard, fine (Dijon)
- 1 tsp honey (recommendation: orange blossom honey)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
fruity dressing
Combine the oil and vinegar in a shaker. Then add the mustard and honey and shake vigorously until the dressing reaches a creamy, even consistency. Season with salt and pepper. This dressing goes well with leafy salads like lamb’s lettuce and arugula. I recommend serving it with toasted white bread and strong cheese.
