Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 6 slices of cooked ham
  • salt and pepper
  • 10 slices of toast or wholemeal toast or 1 1/2 baguette

Party snack

Place two cups of sour cream in a bowl, cut the cooked ham into small, long strips, and add to the bowl. Add the cheese, season lightly with salt and pepper, and mix well. Then spread the mixture onto the toast or sliced ​​baguette, about 1 cm thick. Cut the toast into triangles; the baguette slices can remain as they are. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C (350°F) until it turns a nice light brown and is crispy! Grind on the pepper and serve.
