- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g chili beans
- 100 ml milk

Combine the low-fat quark, drained beans, and milk in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a spoon. The quark is a great alternative to a post-workout protein shake, and it’s delicious, too.
