Bell peppers with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 2 bell peppers, green
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet, sweet
  • oil
  • 1 class can/n Pizza tomatoes, approx. 400 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and slice the bell peppers. Dice the onion and fry in a pan with oil. Now add the ground beef and fry, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika. When the meat is nice and large, add the bell pepper strips and the pizza tomatoes and mix well. Let the whole thing simmer for about 20 minutes. We serve it with either rice or pasta. I’ve also added kritharaki (Greek pasta), but then you have to increase the amount of liquid.
