Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g soy granules
  • 300 ml vegetable broth, vegan
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 cups rice, approx. 200 g
  • 1 can peas, fine, approx. 280 g drained weight
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • e.g. curry powder
  • e.g. curry ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

First, pour the boiled vegetable broth over the soy granules and let them simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the onion and prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Then, sauté the onion in oil in a large pan until translucent, add the soy granules, and cook until tender. Drain the peas and add them to the pan. Finally, add the rice and season the rice bisi with curry, salt, pepper, and a little curry ketchup, if desired. 450 kcal per serving.
