Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g meat sausage
- 150 g gherkins
- 2 onions
- some salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp oil
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Slice the sausage and gherkins. Place both in a bowl. Peel and slice the onions. Mix the remaining ingredients with 1/8 liter of water to make a marinade and marinate the onions briefly. Finally, pour the marinade and onions over the sausage slices, mix well, and let it marinate. Season with black pepper, if desired.
