Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g cooked ham
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- a little salt and pepper
Instructions

Ideal for a buffet
Cut the ham into thin strips. Trim the leek, wash it thoroughly, and slice it into very thin rings. Add the mayonnaise, stir, and taste before seasoning. Often, you don’t need any salt, or only a very small amount, as the ham and leek already have enough flavor and spice of their own. Otherwise, season to taste with salt and pepper.
