Salad with Prawns
The perfect salad with prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dressing
- 0,5 Iceberg lettuce
- 1 Red mini peppers
- 1 one-third Cucumber fresh
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Balsamic white
- 1,5 tbsp Oil
- Salt pepper
- Sugar
- 0,5 teaspoon Mustard
- 3 tbsp Water
- 0,5 teaspoon Vegetable stock powder
Aioli
- 1 Egg – very fresh
- 200 ml Oil
- Salt pepper
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 Toes Fresh garlic
- For the aioli, put all the ingredients – peeled garlic and chopped a little – in a tall blender jar. Place a hand blender on the bottom and turn it on. When you see that the mass is white and creamy, we slowly pull up the stick. Move up and down until the aioli is consistently creamy. Season to taste and refrigerate until ready to eat.
- Wash the salad ingredients and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put everything in a bowl. Mix all ingredients for the marinade. Peel and quarter the eggs.
- In the meantime, fry the thawed and rinsed prawns in a little hot oil. I like to season them with some chilli.
- Make the salad with the marinade, distribute on plates and then distribute the eggs on top. Add the prawns and serve with the aioli.
- A piece of fresh baguette goes best with it.
